Recipe: Vegan Protein Peanut Butter Ice Cream

This Vegan Protein Ice Cream is quick, easy, healthy, and delicious! All you’ll need is some common ingredients, a food processor or blender, and your freezer!

First off, who’s tried the Green Beret Vegan Protein!? I’m not vegan either.

If you haven’t...Peanut Butter flavor is amazing. Second, did you know you can make ice cream with this stuff!?? It actually tastes decent!!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 Whole Bananas, frozen
  • 1 scoop Green Beret Vegan Protein Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened Almond Milk (more or less, depending on your texture preference) *recipe notes: I splash milk in to help break up the banana and powder to mix to my preferred consistency.
  • Mixings of your choice: cookies, strawberries, nuts, etc. 

DIRECTIONS:

Combine ingredients. Using a food processor or blender, mix until you reach your desired consistency. Enjoy as a soft serve or freeze to harden.
