A Day on a WEIGHT LOSS Diet

 

 

In this episode, I show you a sample day in the life of a dieter! To lose my remaining baby weight at 4 months post partum, I incorporate a carb cycling plan which includes low carb days and high carb days. This video gives a peak into a typical LOW CARB day. Not only do I show the types of foods I eat, but how to order food when you're out with friends or substitute on-the-go!

If you're struggling with weight loss, I highly recommend following a plan similar to this one. It's a basic diet that can easily be added onto in order to "back out" of dieting and not gain back weight lost.
