Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
2 scoops Vanilla Isotope
6 tbsp Coconut Flour
2 tbsp Truvia Brown Sugar Blend
1/4 Cup Truvia Baking Blend
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup light butter (softened)
1 whole egg
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 oz chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325. Mix ingredients together to make a dough. Scoop onto baking sheet. Bake 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.
